Ella has just joined our team and brings with her a wealth of experience that she has accrued since 2016. Serving as Group Chief of Staff and Head of Client Proposition for abrdn, she also served as Director of the abrdn Financial Fairness Trust. Through this organization, she has devoted her efforts to researching, campaigning and executing policy work that works to improve the living standards of people who earn low to mid-incomes.

Her years in the public eye have been critical to the growth of many charities and organizations, both large and small. She has ample experience with the development of complex strategies and procedures and is highly skilled in overseeing their implementation and successful management.
